This fine two point cross stitch embroidered man's cape (called tuwara in Wixárika) was made by Jamaima Carrillo of the community of Tuapurie. The cape is embroidered on the fine muslin cloth produced by the Bella Vista factory that operated for many years on the outskirts of Tepic, Nayarit. The cape is trimmed in red wool and edged with blue cotton.
