Bianca América Enriquez received her undergraduate degree in law and thereafter continued her graduate studies at the University of Guadalajara in Women and Gender Studies. In 2019 she received the prestigious Jalisco Youth Prize for her leadership and work with women's rights. From 2022 through 2023, she served as a legislative aid in the state of Jalisco and in 2024 she was nominated as the state level director of the National Institute for Indigenous People.
