Opening Paths: A Panel with Wixarika Professionals

The Wixarika Research Center cordially invites the public to our annual programming to raise money for our scholarship program for Wixarika undergraduate students. Since 2018, we have supported more than 60 students from different programs of study and communities. This panel brings together three Wixarika youth who benefited from our scholarship program: Carlos Carrillo, Hermelindo López, and Alma Robles. The conversation will be moderated by Juan Aurelio Carrillo Ríos from the Autonomous University of Nayarit. Live translation to English will be provided by WRC's Diana Negrín.
