This blouse made is made of muslin cloth and is embroidered using the cross-stitch  using cotton aniline dyed embroidery thread, and trimmed in cotton cloth. Today, it is more typical to see woman wearing blouses that are made with brightly colored cloth in solid colors or lively patterns. The patterns are of the Wixárika six point star, flowers, birds, and the double headed eagle.
